Where information is particularly sensitive or the collection, use or disclosure would not reasonably be expected, we may seek express consent.

6. Website Forms and Mailing Lists
Our website may use forms provided by third-party services, including Jotform and WordPress form tools such as WPForms and Fluent Forms.
Forms may be used for purposes such as:
- general inquiries
- contacting Ambition Performing Arts
- requesting information
- subscribing to newsletters or other mailing-list communications
Where a form is specifically identified as a subscription or mailing-list form, information submitted through that form may be used to add you to the requested communications.

If you subscribe to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting us.
Third-party form providers may process information submitted through their platforms in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
7. AI Chat Assistant
Ambition Performing Arts provides an AI-powered chat assistant to help prospective families find information about our programs, enrollment process, classes and related questions.
The AI assistant is intended to provide general informational assistance and is not a substitute for direct communication with Ambition Performing Arts staff.
The AI assistant is provided through Jotform AI.
Visitors may interact with the AI assistant without providing their name or email address. However, information entered into the chat may be recorded and retained by the service provider and may be processed by Jotform and its AI service providers in order to provide the AI functionality.
Jotform’s current AI Terms state that interactions with its AI functionality may be recorded, that AI providers may process input and output, and that AI processing may occur in locations chosen by those providers. Jotform also states that information submitted to its AI functionality may be processed by third-party AI providers.
Please Do Not Submit Sensitive Information
Please do not enter confidential, sensitive, medical, financial, emergency, identification, or other private information into the Ambition Performing Arts AI chat assistant.
This includes sensitive information about children.
The AI assistant is intended for general questions about Ambition Performing Arts and its programs, not for submitting private information or requesting professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.
Information provided through the AI assistant may be processed by Jotform and its third-party AI providers. Jotform’s current AI terms state that providers may process input and that personal or sensitive information included in an AI interaction may be made available to or accessed by those providers.
Jotform also states that its AI functionality may use third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and, for some traffic, Google Gemini.

These may include technologies associated with:
- WordPress
- Elementor
- SiteGround hosting and performance services
- SiteGround caching
- website security
- spam prevention
- bot protection
- CAPTCHA or reCAPTCHA
- basic session or functionality requirements
SiteGround caching and optimization technologies may be used to improve website performance and efficiently deliver website content.
These technologies are not used by Ambition Performing Arts for the purpose of creating advertising profiles.
Analytics and Performance Technologies
Ambition Performing Arts uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including through Google Tag Manager and website analytics tools such as MonsterInsights, to understand how visitors use our website.
Analytics information may include information such as:
- pages visited
- approximate geographic information
- device and browser information
- referral information
- interactions with the website
- approximate time and duration of visits
- events and conversions
- information about how visitors arrived at the website
We use analytics information to understand website performance, improve website content and user experience, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
MonsterInsights is used as a WordPress interface and integration for Google Analytics. The underlying analytics service is provided by Google.
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is used to manage certain website tags and measurement technologies.
Google Tag Manager itself is primarily a tag-management system, but tags configured through it may send information to third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
The specific technologies that may be deployed through Google Tag Manager can change over time as our advertising and measurement requirements change.
Google Ads and Conversion Tracking
Ambition Performing Arts may use Google Ads from time to time.
When Google Ads are active, we may use conversion tracking to measure actions such as visits or other interactions resulting from advertising campaigns.
Conversion tracking helps us understand whether advertising campaigns are effective and allows us to improve our marketing.
Google advertising technologies may use cookies or similar technologies to measure advertising interactions and conversions.
Meta / Facebook Pixel
Ambition Performing Arts may use the Meta Pixel, also known as the Facebook Pixel, to measure advertising activity and website conversions.
The Meta Pixel may allow Meta to receive information about website visits and interactions for purposes such as advertising measurement, attribution, audience creation, optimization and related advertising functions.
The availability and use of these technologies may vary depending on whether advertising campaigns are active.
Third-Party Embedded Content
Our website contains or may contain content and functionality provided by third parties.
This may include:
- YouTube videos
- Vimeo videos
- Google Maps
- Google Reviews
- Instagram content
- Google services
- reCAPTCHA
- other third-party services or embedded content
When third-party content is loaded or interacted with, the third-party provider may collect technical information, set cookies or use similar technologies according to its own policies.
For example, an embedded YouTube or Vimeo video may cause the applicable provider to receive information about the visitor’s browser or interaction with the embedded content.
Similarly, embedded Google Maps, Google Reviews, Instagram feeds and reCAPTCHA may involve communication between the visitor’s browser and the applicable third-party provider.
These third parties operate independently of Ambition Performing Arts and their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
Instagram Feed
Our website may display an Instagram feed using the Smash Balloon Instagram Feed plugin.
The feed connects with Instagram/Meta services to display social media content.
Interaction with Instagram content may be subject to Instagram or Meta’s privacy and data practices.
Google Reviews
Our website may display Google Reviews through a third-party Google Reviews widget.
The widget may communicate with Google or the widget provider in order to retrieve and display review information.
Google Maps
Some pages may use Google Maps or Google map-related functionality.
Google may collect technical information and information about interactions with its mapping services in accordance with Google’s policies.
CAPTCHA and Security Technologies
We use CAPTCHA and other security technologies to help prevent spam, automated abuse, malicious activity and unauthorized access.
These services may collect technical information about a visitor’s browser, device, IP address, interaction patterns or other information necessary to determine whether activity appears legitimate.
9. Managing Cookies
Visitors can control or restrict cookies through their web browser settings.
Most browsers allow you to:
- view cookies stored on your device
- delete cookies
- block cookies
- restrict third-party cookies
- receive notifications before cookies are stored
Disabling or restricting cookies may affect the operation of certain website features.
Because Ambition Performing Arts uses multiple third-party services, changing browser settings may not prevent every third party from collecting information through other technologies.
Where applicable, visitors can also manage advertising preferences through the settings provided by advertising platforms such as Google and Meta.
10. Important Note About Analytics and Advertising Consent
Ambition Performing Arts does not use cookies solely because you have read this Privacy Policy.
Where applicable law requires consent for a particular analytics, advertising or tracking technology, we will use an appropriate mechanism to obtain and document that consent.
Our website configuration and third-party services may change over time. As a result, the technologies used on the website may also change.
This Privacy Policy is intended to explain the categories and purposes of technologies used rather than provide a permanent list of every technical cookie name, because cookie names, providers, durations and implementation methods can change when third-party services update their technology.
11. External Booking and Registration Services
Ambition Performing Arts uses third-party platforms for certain booking, registration and account-related functions.
