SUPERSTAR DANCE CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Do you love working with kids? Do you want to make a difference? Ambition Performing Arts Inc. is seeking a positive, and experienced person for the role of a Dance Teacher. Enjoyment in teaching dance classes in a variety of styles, ability to communicate effectively, and flexibility in meeting individual student needs and goals is a MUST.

Being an Ambition Arts dance teacher includes teaching dance lessons for kids on a weekly basis, preparing students for exams/competitions/performances, providing student feedback both on-the-spot and through bi-annual report cards, communicating with parents and team members on a regular basis, and attending studio rehearsals and events.

Role must-haves include Ability to teach syllabus, experience with RAD,  Al Gilbert, ADAPT and Acro Arts is a plus. Candidates must have excellent, organization, effective verbal and written communication, creative and flexible teaching style, and an enthusiastic and warm approach with students.

SUPERSTAR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBERS

Do you love working with kids? Do you want to make a difference? Ambition Performing Arts Inc. is seeking new additions to its Customer Service and Office Administration Teams. If you have a knack for paying attention to detail and love working independently in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. 

Ambition Performing Arts Inc is a bustling performing arts school that has been serving the Airdrie community for over 15 years. We’re raising tomorrow’s leaders through the arts and we aim to exceed our client’s expectations, while always keeping family first. Our Ambition is to be an innovator in dance education, developing friendships and life skills that last forever.

Our positive and engaged team members are committed to serving the families at our studio, as well as maintaining a loving culture amongst the staff. We work hard, but have fun too. So much fun that you’ll forget you’re even working.

This job includes managing customer accounts, giving thoughtful, cheerful and concise answers to questions from both students and parents, recommending class placements for students, completing registrations, collecting payments and ensuring quality customer experience that is consistent and always gold standard.

You must have the ability to work in Google Drive applications, as well as Microsoft office applications. You need to have experience in data base management, basic accounting, typing skills, and phone manners, as well as organization, time management, and planning skills. Experience in the dance world, photo editing, and social media are a bonus, but are not required.

SUPERSTAR PIANO AND/OR VOCAL TEACHERS

Enjoyment in teaching music, ability to communicate effectively, and flexibility in meeting individual student needs and goals is a must.

You must be able to read music, have experience with Royal Conservatory of Music syllabi (minimum Grade 8 achievement in Piano and/or Voice) and be extremely organized. You must have effective verbal and written communication skills, creative and flexible teaching styles, and an enthusiastic and warm approach with students.
